Quicktime streaming from a screen?

Hello,

A very naive question: it seems that QuickTime Broadcaster does not consider the screen as a possible video source. Yet this would be very useful for broadcasting demos, talks, etc. Adding a source is probably just a matter of adding a kind of driver or plugin. Anybody knows about such a 'driver' ?
