QTTS Hosting

I have several QTB audio streams that I want to send to one machine hosting QTSS. I will likely have to use a third-party hosting company and get a dedciated server. Is it possible (and perhaps this strays away from the streaming subject a little) to disable Port 80 for web serving on OS X Server (so that it can be dedicated to QuickTime streaming)? Also, does anyone know if it's possible to have a third-party hosting company install Timbuktu on the server so that I can have remote desktop access instead of having to configure it via terminal commands. Thanks.
