bit rate drops to zero problem

I have an mp4 audio file that I have been playing for sometime. It is about 4
minutes in length, but of sudden it will only play for about 1 minute before
the bit rate drops to zero, then the audio is lost. The problem is time
related as I have tested about 15 times and the server admin screen shows that
the bit rate drops to zero at the same time for each test.

Anyone have any idea what might be the problem?
