More on embeding files into a web page

  I now have QT Pro and I'm assuming from what I have read here that we simply save the file by
clicking file and then Save As and place that file as someone said in the same location our web
pages are stored.  Is this correct?  We do not have our web pages on the same server as our QT
server so which location do they need to be at?  Also when you save the file there are two
options.  Should I use Save normally or Make movie self contained?  This is for live streaming
audio only so it's an sdp file and not a mov file.  Again I'm assuming it works the same way.
