Got a questions:

Set up the QTSS on a 10.2.4 pismo powerbook (400) that is connected to a T1 line. I'm trying to serve a video to a colleague of mine who's in Europe (CERN). I'm here in California, and he's just getting bad connections with the server--both through his T1 line at work, and a DSL line off site.

I can see my streamed video just fine from here at work and my home, with DSL, but of course, I am physically much closer. Are things really that different getting across the Atlantic?

His QT player shows bit rates that vary from 900kbits/sec to 0k/sec over there. Any thoughts from the rest of you?
