Subject: Could someone give a quick setup guideline?

I don't know anything about servers, and the IT guy at our company doesn't
know anything about Perl or QuickTime. So between the two of us, we know
nothing! We're still getting an error 400 when we try to run the sample
movie through the browser (the complete error message is at the end). And I
was thinking that if someone could briefly go over the steps we need or
maybe some common mistakes rookies make, it might get us over the hump.
We are using Windows2K server, SP3. We have installed Perl and can run the
admin tool through the browser. It's when we type HYPERLINK
"http://(ip/"http://(IP ADDRESS:80)/sample.mov in the browser we get the
error listed below. So maybe there is some small step we missed or
something between Perl and the DSS that we need to setup. Thanks for your
time.
Error message:
RTSP/1.0 400 Bad Request
Server: DSS/4.1.2 (Build/412.42; platform/Win32)
Cseq:
Connection: Close
