Is there a way to config a relay such that it will not become active

push) after it is configured. Instead, it only sends the data to the
(unicast) destination when someone sends in an (RTSP) request for this
relay?
No, in DSS 4.x.x, as soon as the relay is enabled, it will start
sending to the destination. Note that in the case of an announced
source, (Listen for a stream) the relay doesn't start relaying until
the source is announced to it. But when the stream is relayed to the
destination cannot be controlled by the destination.
