Cannot Get Darwin Streaming Server to Stream

Subject: Cannot Get Darwin Streaming Server to Stream

So I start Darwin Streaming Server, start the streamingadminserver.pl and make sure that there are movie and mp3 files in the content folder, and it won't stream. I have rebooted, but I just can't get anything to work.
