SDP 404---baffling

Hello everyone.  Can someone give me a possible explanation as to why I 
get a 404 error in QT player for an SDP file.  I know the file is there on 
the server because I can see it in my FTP client.  But every time I try to 
open it I get a 404 not found error.

This file was created on a QTSS 4.1 machine running Jaguar.  The file was 
then copied to another server that is QTSS 4.0 and NOT  Jaguar.  It is on 
the latter machine (the one the file was copied to)  where the I get the 
404 error.
