There are none. If you want AppleCare support, you'll need to purchase
Mac OS X Server <http://www.apple.com/server/>. And if you want to
encode movies you'll probably need a copy of QuickTime Pro for $25. As
for license fees, there is a MP4 license but otherwise you're royalty
free.
