Multi Casting Setup

We use Sprint as our main backbone provider.
We applied to Sprint to setup Multicast on our network and are getting ready
to make the changes to our Cisco router.

Question. Is there anything we need to do to the QT Server to broadcast or
be aware to send out as a Multicast??
