A Question About QuickTime Hint MPEG-1 VIDEO FORMAT

Hello,
When I use Darwin Streaming Server , hint the original MPEG-1 VIDEO files , store them in the server ,
and play it by QT player in client ,I find a problem.
In RTP data ,Following the 12 RTP header bytes , there are 4 bytes data , and then there are the Real MPEG video data.
From the Apple Document, QTFileFormat2001, Page 200, I know the 4 bytes data is Immediate data when hint track is generated.
But I don't know the data format , how does it reflect MPEG video stream's characterics?
Compared with RFC 2038: RTP Payload Format for MPEG1/MPEG2 video , Section 3.4, MPEG Video-specific header , it is different.
Is it a quicktime private format ?
Who know this 32 bit data format ? Pls tell me , Thanks !
