I have a general streaming-bandwidth-IP-address question:
If I have multiple IP addresses assigned to me, does streaming from one
computer to another at my location (but each with different IPs) actually
send data OUT of my facility? Or does the network know that the data
doesn't actually have to "leave"?
I'm worried about streaming on my internal network (which will span multiple
static IPs) and having it saturate my DSL connection.
I kinda think that the external DSL link wouldn't be used at all if I stream
this way, but since I don't know I thought I would ask.
Make sense?
