I have a Darwin Streaming Server running on Win2k that consistently
gives me the error 2129. It is set to run on port 80, the web services
IIS, don't give an address for the ip address, and the dns is served
off of a different machine as a subdomain.

any guesses as to what's going on? its similar to a 404 error, which
we stopped getting when we ran the DSS on port 80.
i think we are getting the error from the DSS and not ISS.
