I am trying to stream training videos over the internet. Internaly we
can stream the videos fine but when an outside source tries to view
them quicktime returns the error "-3285 Disconected". Error -3285 is an
Open Transport error.
We do have a firewall and the RTSP ports were open on it. I have since
then tried opening everything to the computer that is streaming the
video to no avail, same error. I cannot use HTTP for the streaming as
this computer is also our web server.
The ports I currently have open are:
TCP ports 554 and 7070
Do I require additional ports?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I cannot seem to get it to
work.
