Simple Broadcasting set up

Now that I finally got the sample movie file to work, I'm trying to accomplish what I originally set out to which was set up an audio broadcast of a weekly company meeting. My current setup is as follows:

Broadcasting Maching (my computer)

- G4/450 DP running OS 10.2.3 with 1GB RAM
- QuickTime Broacaster 1.0
- Apple Mic plugged into the Mic port

The settings for Quicktime broacaster are:

Audio
Enable Audio Stream: Checked
Source: Built-in Audio controller-External Microphone/line in
(I have play through speaker unchecked, but if I check it I can talk into the mic and hear my voice through the speakers.)
Compressor: MPEG-4 Audio ACC (Low Complexity)
Bit Rate: 64 kbits/second
Output Sample Rate: 44.100 kHz
Encoder Quality: Medium
Size: 16 bit
Use: Mono
Packet Size Limit: 1400 bytes
Packed Duration 100 Milliseconds

Network
Transmission: Manual Unicast
Address: 10.0.0.11
Audio Port: 5432
Video Port: 5434
Buffer delay: no value

The QTSS Machine

- xServe/2Ghz DP with 2 GB RAM OS X Server 10.2.3
- QTSS 4.1.2

Settings
Server is running
Broadcaster is running
Audio enabled for LAN - Music
Mount Point: mystream.sdp
Streaming on port 80

Quicktime Client Computer

Powerbook G3 400 OS 9.1 running Quicktime 6

I fire up quicktime and connect to: rtsp://10.0.0.11/mystream.sdp

It connects and looks it's connected to the broadcast but no sound comes out of the powerbook speakers when I speak into the mic. Any suggestions? Sorry for the long drawn out details, but I figured it would be helpful to include as much detail as possible.

Thank you! Pat
