HTML for web page to start a stream

Hi,
  We're trying to get our stream out to others from our web site and we
are having a little trouble.  What we want to do is have them click a
link that will open the player and run our real time stream.  The deal
is this.  The broadcaster and encoder are on the machine.  This Apple G4
machine is located on a closed system for the campus.  It will be used
on in this closed circuit.  It's audio only so there's no *.mov to
embed. Nothing we have tried from the help section has worked for us.
Does anyone have a simple HTML link that would work to stream a file
that is rtsp://191.0.0.100/wzup.sdp
Any help would be appreciated
