I had that issue.
You need to download and install Active Pearl first.. and then the Darwin
installtion..

Hi!
I'm attempting to set up a Darwin Streaming Server on a Windows 2000 server.
I have a few questions that I hope someone can help me with.
1) Should the order of installation be:
Server - Perl - Darwin
2) What Perl does everyone use?
3) Would a faulty Perl install cause the Darwin server not to be able to see
the Movies folder on the configuration web site?
Any help is appreiated.
