SDP creating software? Broadcaster?

Hi!

Anybody know of a SDP file creating software. I want to capture analogue sound and broadcast it to my Darwin Streaming Server. DSS requires the broadcasting program to create a SDP file. The only programs I know of are Sorenson broadcaster and Quicktime broadcaster. Sorenson is expensive and Quicktime runs on mac. I want to run from PC.
