Sounds to me like the setup went fine. What's happened is that the
Perl streamingadminserver.pl script is running in the foreground of
your Windows command-shell, and all you need to do now is open a Web
Browser and connect to the Streaming Web Admin:
http://qtss.ip.addr:1220/
Login using you the username and password that you created as your
streaming admin username info.
I also recommend that you read the QTSS/Darwin Streaming Server
documentation:
