Easiest thing to do here is to create an .m3u file. In other words,
create a text file, put the URL of the stream in it
(http://10.201.30.180/), and save it with an .m3u extension on your Web
folder. Then link to that... when the user clicks the link they will
download the m3u, which will then automagically be handed off to their
chosen MP3 player.
