Quicktime Broadcaster - Clean Install

We have an OS X server setup to use Quicktime Broadcaster to stream video. We decided to 'clone' the computer and see if the process would work. Everything seems to work well except for Quicktime Broadcaster. When Broadcaster is open but not broadcasting any data, we are getting the following message in the system.log file.

/Applications/QuickTime Broadcaster.app/Contents/MacOS/QuickTime Broadcaster: Just dropped 1 frame (total 375)!

The total # keeps going up and up...

The original server that was used to create the clone does not exhibit the problem. How do you do a complete uninstall of Broadcaster. I have already tried dragging the application to the trash, but that does not appear to remove everything?

Thanks,

Steve
