Hinting BIFS Commands

I have to apologise for the number of posts it has taken me before I have
gotten my question straight.

I am looking to create mp4 files containing hinted BIFS commands and use DSS
to stream them. 
Currently QT on the mac does not support BIFS commands but on the win
platform envivio has a plugin for both real and QT. I don't know for sure
but believe (hope) their plugin implements the mpeg-4 standard for BIFS
Commands.

In a previous post it was mentioned that if you can hint it you can stream
it. Will this hold true for BIFS commands?

Can anyone tell me if they are currently streaming BIFS commands with DDS
and if so what is the server config and or  mp4  file prep?
