Anyway, the convoluted answer to your problem is somewhere about
what I have written. It drove me CRAZY. The best I can do is say
that is NOT the router -it IS all in the various settings, which in
your case, as was in mine, if I
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
read you correctly, also entails streaming and testing the reception
of the same stream all locally.
People have had similar trouble locally with routers other than
Linksys too, the problem is if you need to do anything other than
plain telnet/ssh/ftp/http
then you may need to get into your router to configure it. And some
manfrs have made this a non-trivial task :-(
