I would like to know how I could  configure the Quicktime Server (Darwin
server) to send timeout parameter (the timeout parameter is only allows in the
response header. The server uses to indicate to the client how long the server
is prepared to wait between RTSP commands or other signs of life before
closing the session due to lack of activity) along with session identifier
during the SETUP response?
According to RFC-2326
Session = "Session" ":" session-id [";" "timeout" "=" delta-seconds]
