Marcos, we've been doing this for three months without any problems at

We have apache serving the web pages, two copies of Broadcaster running, one encoding live at 32kbps and one live at 64kbps, and QTSS all in the same G4, running under OSX Server, though you could also do this under OSX.
Rock solid system.
