Broadcasting live MPEG4 from windows to linux QTSS

Hi,

How can I broadcast an mpg4 live encoded stream to a linux QTSS? QTBroadcaster 
and mp4live are not available for windows.

And once in QTTS, how can I multicast a stream onto a LAN Network? I dont want 
to stream unicast to each client conected to the server just use one 512kbits 
stream for all the network.
