Mark, on occasion I've had to stop & restart the related windows service as well. Would you mind doing me a favor & letting me know if you get it running. The latest release from Apple gives me so many errors I cant get the streamingadminserver.pl script to run. If anyone else had had that problem & fixed it I'd LOVE to hear your thoughts as my web streaming is dead in the water right now.
