You may also have to limit apache to "listen" to a specific IP, and not interfere with QTSS' IP if you are streaming over port 80. You can bind apache to an IP and ports using directives in its httpd.conf file, which controls how apache works.

In Apache before v.2, look at the bindAddress, port and listen directives. http://httpd.apache.org/docs/mod/core.html http://httpd.apache.org/docs/bind.html You can probably just use listen...but make sure the other directives are not active

In Apache 2, just use the listen directive
