The -3250 error translates to "Port lost connection." It could be that
your Firewall/NAT is blocking the ports Broadcaster is trying to use. You
might also want to verify basic network connectivity with the server
(i.e. ping the server).

You can broadcast live via manual unicast. Because manual unicast lets
you specify the port numbers used, it makes it easier to punch through
firewalls. After you configure your broadcast, export the sdp file, put
it on the streaming server (i.e. via ftp), then start your broadcast.
Tune in on the sdp file with a rtsp url to your server and sdp file.
