Thanks George. ChannelStorm has also recommended this. I at first thought
the limitation was that you could only have one FireWire input; I now
understand you can have multiple FW inputs as long as you only have one DV
input. So this might work very nicely.

Ah, much more affordable. I can't quite tell from their web site - is that
an S-Video connector next to the RCA video connector? And is the USB 1.0 bus
really fast enough to move video into the computer? (I assume the device is
not  doing the compression).

Unfortunately we usually have no time to coordinate with our PowerPoint
presenters during webcasts - they arrive minutes before going on and it's
all we can do to hook them up let alone talk about moving their slides in
real time (and the larger concern is the archived webcast, which gets
thousands of times more viewings over time than the live webcast). So I do
want to be able to switch  the screen  output into the video feed if
possible. This InterView seems like a great solution -  has anyone used it
with LiveChannel?
