Adminserver does not save anything - no logging as well

Hi,

the streamingadminserver does not seem to be able to save or read anything.
There's also no authentication for the admin and no error log.

How can I start debugging this?

Secondly - it would be very welcome to have a reference of the various
settings for both the adminserver as the streaming server itself.
