Live streaming using DSS

Hi all,
I am trying to set up a very basic system to stream live MP4 content using
DSS.
I have a camera connected to a codec that outputs an mp4 elementary stream
on the fly - how can I use DSS to stream it?
It is essential that the codec can have access to the RTCP feedback from the
clients connected to DSS.
