more HD space for streaming movies

Hello,
My Apple G4 server machine has only 30 GB SCSI hard disc which is recently full and I have no space for more new movies in the folder Library/QuickTimeStreaming/Movies
How can I get more space? I am planning to connect another external fire wire HD to accommodate more movies. How should I set this new location for movies in streaming server application? System version is: MAC OSX 10.1 SERVER. Server version is 4.0 [v410], Server API Version is: 4.0. Please advice.
