streaming 3gp files to phone handsets

Can anyone help me - I need to stream a 3gp file to a mobile handset. a) How would i embed the file into an HTML page so that it will play on the handset? b) Are there any issues with doing this through the Quicktime streaming server?

I am actually using the Real Helix Server. This won't deliver Real 3gp files to phones, you have to pay massively for that. But the Helix server will also act like a Quicktime Streaming Server, so I was also wondering if anyone knew whether you can stream 3gp files to phones via that?
