Following your example I was able to get it to compile for windows and
it seems to be running ok.
One thing confuses me, I was expecting to see the server version
displayed in the adminserver (server snapshot) as being 5.0.3.2, but it
reads version 5.5 ?

I also had this error.
The reason IMHO is as I sent to the developer list (without any response
so far):

I did some trivial changes along this line and it compiled fine then. I

however not found time to install&test so far.
