This stream (the actual URL is rtsp://tributary.rave.ac.uk/shows/3gp/examples/vinice_biennale-04/finland.3gp ) plays OK in QuickTime Player. However, the SDP for this stream contains a flaw that may prevent it being played by some other (standards-compliant) media players.

Your stream's SDP contains the line
        a=fmtp:97 octet-align
This is not legal.  Instead, the line should be
        a=fmtp:97 octet-align=1

It seems that the tool that you used to create a 'hint track' in your file "finland.3gp" is buggy. You should try to get this fixed.
