Binding to Port 80?

Please answer if you could help.

I enabled port 80 and got the response

"The server is currently not bound to port 80."

Where do go to make the edits neccessary to have DSS
bind to port 80?

I have found:
/Library/QuickTimeStreaming/Config/streamingadminserver.conf

But only see:
ssl=0

I have disabled Web Sharing in System Preferences.

I use use Panther.

Running DSS on an G4 1Ghz emac 740RAM behind an
Airport Extreme Base Station.

I'm getting good with terminal and emacs
