What network are you on?
In the UK the only network that the LG8110 is available on is Three, and
their network has a "walled garden" so you can only access their
content, meaning that you wouldn't be able to access your server on the
Internet from their network.

Subject: stream to mobile phone
Hello,
I need to stream a movie file to a "LG 8110" 3G mobile phone but
something does not work.
I have installed the darwin version of QTSS on my G4 running panther.
There is no other server software running.
I placed a streaming movie-file called movie.3gp in the QTSS Movie
folder.
I can stream that file to other computers, but if I try to do the same
with the mobile phone I get the message: 'Network Error'
The phone does buffer some of the movie, but when it reaches 100% that
is when I get the error message.
I have tried about anything, but nothing seams to help.
Does anybody have experience with streaming 3gp to mobile phones and
has anyone have had success?
any help is appreciated
