After installing DSS and configuring the admin settings i was hoping to test
the server with one of example movies included in the package.
After opening the rtsp-location to my server in my QuickTime Player (version
6.3), the player starts connecting to my server. A connection is made, as i
can see in the admin: connecting users shows my IP. But in the player
nothing shows up. Display says 'configuring' and after a lot of time '404
not found' is shown.
Server is running says admin. I disabled the firewall on the client-pc. I
point my player to:
rtsp://my_server_IP/sample_300kbit.mov
What goes wrong?
