Regarding errors during installing Server

Hello Sir,
   This is Prajyot Neve from Pune, India. I have install Darwin Streaming Server "Darwin Server5.0.1.1"on Redhat Linux 7.2 version. But after giving Admin username & password it is showing some folowing errors:
1. /usr/local/bin/qtpasswd: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot
   open shared object file.
2. /usr/local/bin/qtpasswd: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot
   open shared object file.
 
 But, after showing this errors, it is also showing "Setup install" message. Also, If I connect to this server from remote web browser by http://ip-address:1220. It is showing following error message:
 
  "Server is Not Running
 
  The server is currently not running.
  Please start it before attempting to administer it."
 
Also, I want to know how to run this server after installing it. Please send me response as soon as possible. Waiting for the same.
