I'm curious why you would want to do this?
The idea behind HTTP tunnel is to go through secure firewalls on the
standard HTTP port 80. Doing anything else defeats this purpose. If
you want to run on a different port, it is more efficient to run RTSP
since the stream overhead is lower than an HTTP tunnel.
Stream Efficiency in Order
1. RTSP UDP
2. RTSP TCP
3. HTTP TCP
