Can't get Web Admin to work

Trying to create a Relay receiving server and attempted to create administration via web. I get the following error:

dyld: /usr/bin/perl can't open library: /System/Library/Perl/darwin/CORE/libperl.dylib  (No such file or directory, errno = 2)


Looking at the directory, indeed, the only directory I have within Pearl is "5.8.1."  

What to do, can I create a relay without Web Admin?
