My tests show that different AAC audio bit rates may throw sync off
or make the video unable to stream at all.
To really find out what works and what doesn't please run a test
matrix recompressing your file with all bitrates and sample rates.
Play back the streams with the SS.
Hook up to the stream on your local machine from the QT player. If
you get a transport failure, you'll have to restart the QT Player.
