Thanks George, your answer was exactly what I needed. :)
Now the next question, has anyone figured out how to make the server
store the stream to disk on the server side?

You can use qtaccess files (directory based). Create subdirectories
of the movies directory for your two users. Create a qtaccess file
in each subdirectory. It sounds like you want to limit the rights
for automatic unicast, so your qtaccess file would look something
like:
<Limit Write>
require user username1
</Limit>
require any-user
To create your users/passwords use the qtpasswd command line utility.
If you created a directory named "username1" off the movies
directory and placed the qtaccess file above in it, then you could
setup the File for automatic unicast in QT Broadcaster as username1/
broadcast.sdp
I've been using the newer version of the qtss/darwin 5.5.3 release
and I am having a lot of fun with it. The stability is much
better compared to what I experienced with previous releases.
Is there an default or easy hack method to grant user rights? I
would like one user to have the ability to broadcast with /
stream1.sdp and another user to broadcast at /stream2.sdp.
Currently it looks like it's an all or nothing privileges setup?
Any insight would be great,
