Personally i never would use flash for videos, i already saw some
flask-videos and i tell you, it really sucks ... Perhaps you dont use
Adobe's simple Flash Player Plugin but the most users do and using this
client is horrible! No real control of the stream (play/pause/rew/fwd/etc).
If soemone is using flash video i leave its homepage. Its MY opinion, if you
like flash video, go for it. : )

The biggest reason for Flash is cross platform compatibility without
having to install different players. With the release of Flash 9
beta, Flash now has all platforms (Windows, OSX and *ux) covered.
This is really off-topic, since Linux users not only don't care about Flash,
but generally distrust it and actively block it. Linux users (of course)
typically shun proprietary, closed-source software by definition.
