Hi,

another solution may be to add an IP for your streaming service, and define it in the conf file. For example, this settings bind 2 ip's (on any ports or ports defines as told Ben). Add another IP and bind your other services on it.

dont know if you have to change more files or only this one. before changing the file(s) you should have completely stopped DSS.

Hey Folks,

I'm looking for an http streaming server only - so I was wondering if there's a way to disable port 554 (it collides with another home-developed RTSP streaming server I am working on) and port 1220 (if possible, not really fond of the web thingy)..

Right now I just modified the code and changed port 554 to port 7071 =D but I was wondering if there's a better way :D
