why did you entered your clients ip address as destination for the stream? you dont want to relay!

what about rtsp://192.168.1.103:6000 ?

you really should read the vlc documentation again, looks like you've started it in a wrong way
 
can i download the file somewhere? i could stream it on my dss for your testings
