Thats the "normal" behaviour. read the Administration Guide, the
readmes or other documentation, there're lists of the restrictions of
playlist streaming.
If you add a 25fps and a 29.97fps video to your locel players
playlist, the player knows that there are two different files.
if you stream a playlist, the server creates "one movie" and cause
this all your movies needs the same fps (and other stuff).
