I'm not a lawyer (and I don't play on on TV!); but... it may be legal to
sell them to another NDA'ed developer. As long as you specify this in your
ebay auction info (AND verify their NDA status before completing the
transaction) it should be ok. Just to be safe, send this question to
<email@hidden> and we'll run it by our Lawyers and return you an official
answer.
